Mate, you should always make sure that you don't change the date between 10pm and 2am by making sure you don't do that you turn the hour all around to make sure you're not setting the date between 10pm and 2am. Cause if you set the date then the cogs can break that changes the date gradually every 24 hours

On YouTube i saw an insane video which says that one does not need to manually wind the automatic watch as it strains and wears out the delicate wheels unnecessarily. The way automatic watch winds itself automatically as you wear it. I mean this is something I have never heard about it.

You have to make sure the time is not around 12am before setting the date dummy! You can damage the watch if the date function is engaged. You don’t know how to set the time in any watch, let alone a Datejust.
