I like Eclipsa's main gimmick. She herself wasn't really evil and neither were her intentions. Sadly for her, the things she discovered and created were more evil. Now that she's freed from the crystal, she's just trying to enjoy her life without conflict. Sadly, ripples from her past still affect the present, and she's the one who has to deal with it.

Sometimes I wondered why Eclipsa never really got angry and was super forgiving with Moon, even after everything. Then I remember that they met when Moon was still just a kid. Eclipsa doesn’t see a Queen, she still sees a worried, sad, grieving kid who was forced to grow up way to soon. A kid just like her. In the end, she just wanted to help her.

Guys cut Moon some slack she is queen and she's the type who can't take risks for the protection of her people. She did give Eclipsa time with Meteora but she just went to full battle ready mode when Meteora said she wanted the throns. It was just unfortunate when she still attacked meteora after eclipsa's iloveyou moment.

It's kind of crazy that for how long Meteora (as Heinous) was an antagonist, chiefly to Star and Marco, she hadn't ever encountered Moon until now.

I notice that queen eclipsa is learning magic but slow process her eye's glows just like queen moon. And RIP on queen moons haft life.

I get why Moon is mad, well imagine watching Meteora detsroying you kingdom and setting everybody in there in danger including her family, I see why she's letting her anger out on Meteora. But Eclipsa on the other hand wanted to protect her daughter from absolutely getting destroyed by Moon.

For those who are angry that eclipsa's at fault for what happened to moon. Well, moon interrupted her moment with her daughter first. Moon's mind was set on killing her. She doesn't care, hell she forgot that meteora is the daughter of the most powerful queen who can easily solo her. While eclipsa just wants to protect her daughter and bring her back. I think moon shouldn't have butted in their conversation in the first place :)
