Was there an assessment portion of the application process when you applied? There is now, and I was hoping to get some sense of what that part was like before heading into it - since I don't believe you can take it over again. I believe that however you do when you initially try would be saved as us, (I'm a little nervous about that - not knowing what to expect going in, ;-).)

I'm on amazon force and I'm stuck at "select your shift" but every time I try to get a shift so I can start my employment process it always says "no shift available". Been trying for days and I haven't been able to see one shift to select.

I just did my background check and drug test at my pre hire appointment yesterday but today I went online to check my status and already I have to pick a new start date 🤦🏿‍♀️.

I'll be trying to apply in a week or so, I'm coming from UPS. But I've done research about "why people quit Amazon" and it seems like the same horror stories I've seen at UPS (people quitting, having to cover other section loads due to limited staffing, or short staffing to reduce staff hours, etc., more so for the driver jobs, which I see is contracted out? having ridiculous 200-250 delivery expectations, no AC in the trucks, etc. ) What is the climate now (those videos were from 2020, 2021..

For the background check they are saying I need to put my Social Insurance Number, Every other job I have given it after employment.
