The ballast is not stocked in Australian stores whereas your ballast applicator is! No ballast in Western Australia…..

Be nice if one of the big companies came up with an actual wagon to do this. Would make it more realistic. Nice video though despite some comments. To each their own. Don't like it, come up with your own idea.
