This short film gave me Outlast vibes, with the handheld camera movements, lighting in the dark and ambient music in the air.

This has me thinking that the shadow person may be the guy who disappeared,
Wheezing sounds, from a lack of oxygen,
Slow walking and seems to lack communication, nice or is it a creature that came from the void, who knows

I would say she survived, her dad was basically already there, the monster had probably been there for a while so clearly it wasn’t that observant, she survived in my mind

Who knows, maybe the monster was friendly

Cool, the only thing i didn't understand is why she was wearing her shoes right after she woke up if she only got up because she forgot to cover the table. Other than that I have to say that it was pretty good. 😊👍
