Hi, I just started using your machine and I love it! It works on larger wires but, when I try to strip 12 and 14 gauge THHN the wire slips between the two knob pull wheels underneath the cutting blade. I see these wheels have a hex nut. I tried loosening the nut and moving the wheels closer together but, they don’t move. How can I move the wheels closer together? Thanks

I bought mine the beginning of last year where it sat in the box for about 6 months prior to breaking it in. It's a great little machine and is still going but about 3 months ago it started screaching extremely loud like the bears are going out or something. So bad i have to wear ear plugs to use it, I was looking into buy their 8 chamber one since adjusting the size manually is pain. but, im having second thoughts if it only lasts 3 months of lite use before it starts giving out
