Assign global field in application startup within a Microsoft LightSwitch DockShell Shell Extension

In this video we show how to create a globally accessible Entity that is intialized at the start of the LightSwitch application. We create a public field within the LightSwitch Application partial class and then add some logic to assign the field with the results of an Async query. We also demonstrate how to access this global field within a LightSwitch screen.
