Exactly, science is evolving which means it’s alive, it can be put to the test. Unlike religion and cultures which are man-made and passed down without being challenged, that’s why they’re called a blind faith.

Something i've learned after becoming an engineer about science and scientific "fact" which the physics topic is a great example of. Newtonian physics was not "wrong". It works but with some boundaries. Physics expanded with a better explination that improved our understanding in more clarity. The concepts were wrong but the math wasn't for many of the cases Newton worked with.

Also no its not a pushing force. Its a weird thing to explain but its not a push or pull, we only obvserve/feel it to be one from the way we experience the universe.

Science doesn’t lead to truth it helps discern truth from fiction. Sometimes science has been wrong and it later corrected

I'd rather trust a method that searches for truth rather than doctrines made thousands of years ago that claim truths without substantiating them.

Newtonian equation is a subset of einstein equation, when you put values within a particular range, it becomes newton's equation. Also, our area of knowledge increasing as more and more research goes on, and it works, it's True whether one beliefs or not

Newton's perception of time and space is not related to his observation of the concept of force and gravity. He had different theories, that were only slightly related and irrelevant in the matter of gravity and force. Only because gravity turned out to be a pulling force, the formula didn't change and that is why newton's approach still works and put men (and others) into space.

The whole point of relativity is that reactions are based on size. Newtonian laws only break down with super massive objects or at incredibly tiny quantum levels. To say that they are not the truth is incorrect

Yeah, Newtons Laws of Physics is good enough to get us to the moon but not good enough to get us to Mars. We know this because of science. Every new theory builds on the previous to get us an even better understanding of reality.

Science is about creating models of nature. Humans can select which model works best for each use. Truth requires specific framing to be absolute.

It leads to truth eventually. It is an ongoing journey toward truth.

Whereas the alternative? Religion should be rigorously challenged as well (and it often is - theology is a thing Afterall)

By this analogy - the holy books are simply the religions first written idea (much like the Newtonian mechanics in the example). Science admits it needs revision in the face of new facts.... religion said one thing once, and did not seek to explore its own weaknesses, but presented itself as simply truth manifest. Who would you trust?

Science doesn't lead to truth because a new piece of evidence will change our perspective? But science found and provided that evidence.... science never claims to be objectively correct. Science constantly evolves and changes depending on the evidence to find the best understanding, unlike religion I'd doesn't work off of blind faith to one notion or idea it changes. Thats doesn't make it bad it makes it better.

It's like saying to a chef oh you've just changed and improved your recipe, you're a bad chef. Just because you stated misconstrued sentence in an aggressive tone doesn't mean you're right, it just means you're the loudest.
