The way this potion works is that in creative mode, the player negates all damage apart from void damage, but can still heal. The instant health potion increases the health so much that the number exceeds the *32-bit* integer limit, and it overflows and loops back to 0 or a negative integer, at which point the player dies.

OMG, now I remember, I don't know if this potion is like the one I've seen but I remember a few years ago I used to play a lot in a server in the modality "creative", and the server had no plugins against op potions or op stuff so almost everyone had that type of stuff (armor enchantments level 30k+ etc) because the people who knew how to get them were giving it to other people as well as that people giving it to more, and I remember there was also a potion that I got could kill you even in creative mode

just tested this and it also works with the lingering potion and with the instant damage potion, however, the instant damage potion kills undead mobs, but does nothing but make damage sounds for regular mobs.

this should be able to kill every mob. But I would be curious if you tried it. Might have unexpected effects on undead mobs since its a potion of healing

i think that potions does the damage the same way as the void since the void can ignore totems and kill people in creative
