Guys, the only reason 2023 Nebula didn't leave after waking up was because she wanted to warn Clint and Natasha. Thanos had already viewed all of 2023 Nebula's memories, so obviously he knows that Hawkeye and Black Widow are on Vormir trying to get the Soul Stone. She wanted to warn them, but got caught instead. If she had left, then Thanos and his army would no doubt go straight to Vormir.

The only thing I don’t like about Endgame is this clear plot hole - when she woke up Nebula could have just gone back to her timeline like everyone else with her suit, but she just waited to be captured.
