They do what they say but....
The 40mm extension should be flush with the bike.
The brake lever needs adjusting.
The gear shifter needs adjusting.
In my experience.

Thinking of getting some myself, because after I had a bad accident and I have RA. I literally can’t get my right leg up on the foot peg, especially if I have leathers on

do they have interlocking teeth? or its just a tightening screw which can't hold the weight !

I tried them on my Aprilia tuono R and my Honda blackbird, couldn't change gear, so waste of money in my opinion,

Don’t think they were lowered 4cm more like 40mm
