ATP girl's instincts should be to immediately sprint back into the court. And not just in, but diagonally, backhand shoulder towards the net. Even if she cant get to the perfect ball, the visual of her moving will often force the 'final ball' to be 'too good' and draw the error.

Unfortunately Kevin, you made him look good. By hitting the ball right to the forehand side of his paddle making it an easy reach for him while giving him the whole court to hit too.

You had poor placement on your finisher. It should have been at the center of his body or middle of his feet so he would have hit a weaker shot back as he is off balance.

These are things the you learn in high level tennis which I don’t see it translate enough in pickeball.
