instead of use suspense ledger in each entries one by one you can use excel template in tallyprime 4 to upload bulk vouchers at a time .
In this method one by one you need to shift to suspense and again you need to clear suspense to corresponding ledgers . its very complex while the data is more than 100 entries

But jabi bi ek entry ka voucher alt+j se karta hu fir vapas muje scroll krke niche aana padta hai... To vo kese set kru ki jahase entry chhodi vaha vapas aau... Qki yese to pura last year ka scroll krte karte thak jaate hai
