Balitalakayan interviews Anakalusugan Rep. Mike Defensor on the use of the anti-parasitic drug Ivermectin for COVID-19. Defensor defends his position on Ivermectin use for COVID-19, and would even be distributing Ivermectin to residents of Quezon City, prioritizing those most at risk for COVID-19.
He cites alleged clinical studies in other countries on the use of COVID-19, mostly in Latin American countries. He said that the US is also studying Ivermectin use for COVID-19.
