Very informative dear sir i hv a question sir if a person get experience minimum 2 yers as a site engineer if he pass the interview as a qc its ok but if he dnt know about documentation like ncr itp method statement etc practicaly so what he will do?
Does company train him for few days to start his career about documentation?
