Thanks, Brodie! I, too, have tended in the past to stop running altogether at the first sign of pain or discomfort. A big mistake. As you say, strengthening and active rehab are the best way to deal with a nagging injury.

Everything you've said really resonates with me...

I am suffering from cervical doing plent of cervical exercise no result . Now lower back pain also has come pls help i cannot efford good doctor as i already has paid a lot. Pls helppp
