China feels the heat after India’s digital strike; Modi govt on why it banned Chinese Apps

Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra said that the Chinese applications were banned in India to stop the spread of misinformation, the spread of disinformation, and fake information. In a major crackdown, the Modi government banned and blocked 138 betting apps and 94 loan lending apps with Chinese links in early February this year. The move was taken after confirming that these apps attract Section 69 of the IT Act as they contain material which is prejudicial to the sovereignty and integrity of India.

Both Chinese and USA influence is increasing which is very unhealthy for india. India should able to own its gps system and its own operating system as soon as possible. Most of our confidential data is all very well known to these both countries. Both are fighting for domination and hegemony over the world by keeping other countries as slaves or puppets. Our defence forces should have a strong independent cyber security services which should be indigenously developed and operated.

Over the years I learnt one thing,
Patriotism of Indians is limited to social media only. We still love buying cheap Chinese products.
Cellphones ka mamla samajh aata hai, ki chinese phones avoid nahi kar sakte. But baaki cheezen to kar sakte ho na?

New law should be established, all apps must apply for a license to operate in India, on condition it abides by Indian laws and norms.

Not only Chinese, but Russian European and American apps are just as lethal and bent on destroying Indian society and culture.

The Problem in App marketplace is also similar to problems in other Indian industries, we lack R&D and Investments for us to build anything of our own completely.
Even if we build our own apps, the servers and their ownership are still with the Foreigners, Banning is a temporary solution, it may even harm in some areas, Govt has to pledge at least $100 billion in R&D, set a target of record patents and papers, reward whoever does it and make sure they don't get killed in a an accident.

Being Genshin player in India is tough. Hopefully it's noways near ban or anything but government still don't know about gacha games properly. We need many improvement in our law very much than it is going to work properly.
