Thank you Gemma for this video! I think so many of us will benefit from your expertise! Sometimes I am overwhelmed by choices, and this tells me some things to avoid! Also I love that you talk about protecting our natural skin barrier! Such important information! We have heard recently about the importance of our gut microbiome for our health. AND our skin also has a microbiome that protects our health! We must avoid damaging that microbiome barrier with products and alcoholic cleansers that open us to infections! And I agree, you look especially beautiful today!

Coconut oil on the feet with socks overnight can really help dry skin.
Also coconut oil is nice rubbed through the ends of long hair before plaiting. It keeps pinkie tails smooth 😊

my boyfriend used to use nail polish remover as a toner for his acneprone and very very oily skin - so I'm grateful that he now uses up my Origins Ginzeng Scrub I used to rebuy 😬 and I got him to use a Ordinary serum and an aloe vera hydration spray - a win, I guess? 🤔
