Thanks for the tip Ricardo - using an ASUS K013 tab - your method worked. volume up, down and Power all at the same time gave me the menu!

Worked for me. Thank you. My device wouldn't let me in with my PIN that I KNOW is my PIN so I needed to factory reset, but got No Command. Luckily some combination of power and volume got me to the reset option. Thank you very much.
