In device manager was the card showing but with an error? In GPU-Z it only showed some of the bios info?

I’ve got two cards that both show up in device manager, however they show with an error. Whenever you click on them and or try to go to GPU Dash Z to pull the information some of the bios Info does not populate it’s just blank. It’ll show is a PNY card or MSI. If I could send you a screenshot I would so you could see what I was talking about.

If you do gtx 1050 2gb replace vbios to rtx 4090 if you do this after you have monitor watch? Or after your gpu broken? And if you do this can fixed if you have backup vbios origin? You make video for how you fix broken vbios gpu you can?
