Harris and Blinken Toast Kenyan President Ruto at State Department

US Vice President Kamala Harris and Secretary of State Antony Blinken raised a glass to toast the Kenyan President as he wrapped up his state visit.Blinken shared hosting duties with Harris at the State Department to recognize Kenyan President William Ruto. Ruto also was celebrated Thrusday with the first White House state dinner for an African nation since 2008, and it was the sixth and largest of the state dinners thrown by Biden.
