Use Perspective for Drawing Realistic Ground Subjects

Ground level objetcs are often a challenging subject, for many reasons. This video suggests and demonstrates a way of thinking about and drawing objects found on the ground. The ground is such a common subject at least in part in our drawings, it's a worthwhile investment of a little time and attention to make sure it doesn't end up a weaker part of our drawings. Why not give it a go; the reference photo can be found on the channel Community Page if you're interested.

👍👍👍 a hatching complexity! I preferred the top half when it was practically blank otherwise I can't quite see the difference between the area with the trellis and the tulips in the front. Definitely one for a mix of watercolour and ink for me!

1. What size pen do you use? 0.05 or 0.03?
2. Is it possible to learn hatching using mechanical pencil? After i make basic line building.. i still learn what better hatching to used, paralel, contour or else

Im sorry, I am using pen 0.05, but i am desperate to get patience like you 😂 especially drawing building, hatching.

Would you recommend to print out the reference photos or is drawing from a screen like a tablet also ok?
