How to export FBX files from prefab on Unity

It doesn't work properly if the meshes are edited in Unity.
It just export the full meshes.

I finally figured it out. If your character is all mixed up when exporting. Like 10characters mixed into one when viewing in Microsoft's 3d viewer. To fix this you will have to goto Unity engine, goto prefab window by double clicking the prefab and remove all the unnecessary prefabs (un-highlighted) that are nested on super set that holds your prefabs. Remove all except the prefab that you just entered into. And it will start exporting only one prefab at once.

Despite being single, if it was a full prefab of the sword with everything joined, you could export it as one, but even as parts, you could reassemble them within Blender and fix it up to how you want it. Good job on it~

Does anyone know why the fbx file in blender appears messed up? I had to change the file format from ASCII to binary in order for it be supported by blender.
