Trying Something New.. To Archery! Tim Connor has been sampling a new archery release and so has MFJJ aka Josh Jones of @podiumarcher3447 It's called a Stan Clicker Release, made in partnership between Stan Releases and Joel Turner. It's a new to archery technology that I find to be really fascinating and practical. In this video I feature the Stan Clicker Release and talk about pro's and con's and learning to use it. #archery #3darchery

I got one and love it. The safety feature for practicing is amazing for getting rid of punching the trigger

The podium archer site is so much more user friendly now. I don't know when the change was made, but great job on that! Great video keep em coming.

I love the onnex releases. I have the heavy metal XL in the regular thumb release, resistance release, and hinge release. Every one of them are amazing. The resistance release will improve how you shoot every other release. I didn't like the resistance at first, but after two weeks of shooting, I got really accurate with it. I think resistance release are great trainers.

Love the brass releases. They just feel better in the hands. When you pull through the shot your hand just keeps going back, and it's pretty clear when you punch it.

I find a lot of success using the click for my pre-load, and then think about letting go of the string. The slight relaxing of my index and middle fingers is what breaks the shot and that's the most consistent I have ever shot.

Young Bucks would say this video is a “banger”

Great video dudes, and no offense to anyone but Jerry Carter was the first to put a click in a button. I know because I held one in my hand maybe 35 years ago at an archery show at Jerry’s booth. And yes it’s an outstanding idea

11:21, 11:30 And this is my biggest gripe with it: Oftentimes it clicks I flinch. I own the release and like it. 75-100 shots and 150 reps on a release trainer in and I still flinch and blink everytime it clicks. Glad to see you experiencing the same. Maybe it gets better after some time.

I prefer what I call closed circle like Josh with my thumb wrapped deeply over the knob and rests on the release. I use a Wise Choice.

Just got the same brass clicker last week, it’s my first time using a hand held release. Coming from a wrist strap finger release (spot hog wise guy). Not going to have time to get use to it before hunting season. But I am hyped to target shoot it this winter and get use to it. Great video 🤘🏼

Stick a click in a hinge my brain does fine.

Stick a click in a button, and everything goes haywire.

I cannot for the life of me shoot that release.

I've never had a problem punching but God damn that click makes my thumb go "yeet".

What size is that release? I would like to get one but im in between sizes and not sure what way to go. Could you and mfjj possibly make a video to help guide me and others in the right direction?
Keep up the good content, really appreciate you two teaching, reviews, and getting correct info out to the public. Thank you and hope to meet you at big sky!
