Lee, I wish you could understand how much your “you are love“ meditation has been for me during this season. 45, turned 46 this year and in the middle of the biggest Phoenix, move of my life! And I’ve been through a lot, let me tell you… Addiction and recovery, chronic illness, and then a string of cluster bee relationships. Everything blown to pieces, but this is what I needed in order to get to the root of everything. And really see how these patterns, especially the betrayal of my trust, and my heart has gone all the way back through the years leading up to my addiction, my whole childhood and even since I was a baby. Really grateful for medicine, that is helping me to deep dive through the trauma and perform soul surgery one after another. And for wonderful humans like you and a handful of others on YT putting out so much healing vibes, love, meditations, and affirmations! So grateful that spirit has used all of this to redirect me back onto my true path and purpose. But good Lord, has it been painful!
