I am experiencing a disability at this time. I have always been very healthy and physically active, and now I cannot be. I am vulnerable, it is difficult to walk. Your message really resonated with me, I am much more in tune with how long it takes me to go to the grocery store, or the bathroom. In addition, I am much more aware of people with disabilities. I see them now, I never did before. Enjoyed your share and understood it completely.

I started this program and I was so excited and thought it was the best thing ever. Well, after one day I decided it wasn’t a good fit for many reasons. It was a disappointment, I’m pretty sad. Makes perfect sense to me. What I love most is this idea of balancing that brings me back to the idea of change. It topples what is and sort of brings it to the surface, then it alters. What is changing comes to our attention first ... in this way, it's easier to see the change.

You are so spot on. For the last couple of months I have been soul searching and find a tremendous change within myself. All of a sudden the degrees I got or the jobs I did werent that important anymore as I always took huge pride in that. Now I seek connection with people who look deeper in life. Currently going through withdrawal from antidepressants after 17 years of using them. And I never felt more strongly about it although its very hard.
