Karri, have you ever tried anything related
to Necrophagist? Man, it was too hard to play.
I still consider Muhammed is still the king of
technical death metal guitarist. If not, one of.
But back then, (1999-2004) I'm sure he is
because nobody ever play guitar like that before.
Not to mention in terms of technicality, et cetera.
He's a great influence. I guess I'll never be able
to play his song, but there's a ton of ideas I can
dissect and learn with his 2 albums. What a beast

Hey man, I have to say it that your videos and style of playing are the biggest influence on my playing lately. I'm seeing myself sitting for hours downpicking in bursts. And I'm really surprised with the progress, I can play now like Hetfield does ... with his left leg :D Cheers!

Seen all those bands "back in the day!". Sabbat at the Astoria in 1987, Xentrix hundreds of times, but most noticably at Hammersmith Odean (with Sepultura, Heathen and Sacred Reich), Onslaught loads of times, Acid Reign supporting Exodus in 89 at the Astoria and at the marquee about a zillion times, Re-Animator at the Marquee(?), Evile at Bloodstck and Gama Bomb in Maidstone (when I told them to "NOW PLAY A FAST ONE!").

Toranaga's "Sentenced" and Bolt Thrower (just because they were insanely heavy) should be on here, as well as perhaps Hellbastard?
