17:06 ~ randint(a, b) returns a value which CAN be equal to a or b
17:54 ~ possible values from those statements are 10, 11, 12, 13 14

So Correct answer will be: min = -1 & max = 6

At 17:18, it will include both upper and lower limit as at 12:05 you said "upper limit ke equal bhi ho sakta hai", so maximum value will be 6, right?
