For those of you that wonder about the transmission. Yes its a CVT but don't floor it and it will actually be quicker to 60. It will also actually shift.

Like others have said they both need to be in a straight line. I am sure the gap would have been bigger if both were set off in a straight line.

I wouldn’t stress that steel belt spinning around the two cones in the transmission. CVT have gotten stronger but it’s still a belt.

Okay I’m a lil slow can someone explain why it just stays at redline and doesn’t shift?? Ik it’s a cvt but last cvt I was in it didn’t perform like that. Every since then I only had manuals and a zf transmissions

I really hate cvts great mpg though. The 2005 altima with the vq engine would do same 0.60 so nothing to see here. Make them all wheel drive then we talking.
