1. set the goals and set a due date that you will reach them. Our minds need a deadline to create a sense of urgency. Otherwise, you may procrastinate and never hit the goal.
2. instead of outcome-based goals, have processed-based goals. so that means you should have daily healthy habits that will get you to the long-term goal
3. what are you prepared to give up to gain your goal. in order for something new to exist, you have to let something go
