Dems: "No person is above the law."

Me: "Hillary Clinton broke the law with her mishandling of classified information, unlawful storage of classified information, and attempting to hide the fact that she broke the law by destroying evidence."

Dems: "If you or I would have done what Trump did, we'd be facing going to prison."

Me: "If you or I would have done what Clinton (either one) did, we'd be in prison already."

Dems: "Orange Man Bad!"

While I agree that the president shouldn't have the power to raise tariffs, what choice have the Democrats left him? They refuse every possible solution that Trump puts on the table and they have literally left him with no choice.

I think it's a good move and maybe the Mexican government will do better at stemming their illegal immigration problem.

"What I'm about to say won't make sense, but I'm talking to Chris Cuomo and he doesn't understand anything so it's ok" 🤣🤣🤣

I agree that tariffing Mexico products doesn’t solve the intended problem and hurts Americans. Creates more poverty for both nations and exacerbates the problem.

Beat-0 is certifiably insane. Stark, raving mad. Totally divorced from any semblance of factual reality.
He is a complete madman walking among us. Danger, Will Robinson.

57:10 If the vice presidency is vacant, the president appoints a new vice president, and that appointment must be confirmed by the senate. Theoretically, if Trump died, resigned or was removed from office, Pence would become president and appoint a new vice president who would be confirmed by the senate.

No Ben, the tariffs are meant to be punitive and temporary! I hated these from the beginning but have since changed my mind once it was learned that these trade agreements were so one sided. In Mexico's case, Trump is right in that they do NOTHING to protect our borders. What you don't seem to understand is that (those 70% who refuse to participate in polls, you know, almost all Republicans) at least 60 million people see this as the number one reason he was voted into the Presidency. So, as Rush Limbaugh states "if Trump closed the border, he would guarantee his own re-election". Mexico better do something about it!! The tariffs from Mexico should pay for the wall.!

Ironically, Robert DeNiro playing Bob Mueller on SNL has more legal credibility than the real Bob Mueller.

Every time Trump sets a tariff we get a new Shapiro rant of how we are all doomed. His hatred of Trump has caused him to repeat the same garbage over & over & never realize he was wrong from the get go & this goes back to the Rep. primaries.

Lol at Ben! When describing why health care is different than firefighting services everything he said was literally the same as fire services. He totally botched that in every way possible, he didn’t even come close to making the point he intended to. He basically proved why health care should be a public service.

I'm glad Shapiro had the same idea I had when I heard about the Mexican tariffs. Not a good idea, in the end it's going to hurt the average joe, because you're giving the other party such a small amount of time to turn over something that's been classified an emergency for literally years. A threat is not a threat if it looks like it's something that's going to be deliberately used.

You need a wall. Congress won't pay for that wall. How do you get the wall? Make Mexico pay for it. How do you get Mexico to pay for a wall? Threaten to destroy their country. The wall is the goal, Ben. Think it through.

Ya, adverse possession exists, but the hurdles you have to clear to claim "squatter's rights" tend to be VERY high (to rightly protect property owners).

Generally, there are MULTIPLE elements the "new" claimant has to meet to "earn" the property. Such as:
-Actual possession/inhabitation
-Continuous possession (generally for a LONG time; such as 10yrs)
-Not being granted permission by the original owner to be there (renters, guests, etc. can't claim adverse possession if they just stay forever)
-Open/visible inhabitation (you have to easily seen inhabiting the property)
-Exclusive possession (can't share with others)
-Improvement (usually you have build, fix, or improve something considerably on the property)
