I am trying to copy text by ocr and paste it in the ms word 2007 but the lines dont retain the text size and style after pasting.eg. the ocr gives me a text page in ms sans sheriff 8 size format where the texts looks just in the order but pasting in word 2007 the line spacing and structure goes wayward.How do I paste in my desired font and size retaining the appearance of the page from where it was copied? Can anyone provide me a specific link or help me on this? Thanks.
