I think the mark 2 is actually better for content creators considering it allows vertical video natively. As well as a clean HDMI output so that you can use it as a webcam.

And when I say that you can use vertical video natively I mean that you can turn the camera on its side record a video pull it directly into your phone and post it to social media without having to edit and flip the video footage around.

I do like to take photos, and am searching in de forrest of cams. I am looking for a not that big good alround camara, with a option for a ''zoom'' lens. I do like the M6 II, because it's a lot in a small kit. But what would be good others? The sony a6400, or something else not ''that'' expansive? Or is is better to wait fore new models comming up? Are there some new ones in the pipeline?

What is this video record it on your Canon M 50? If so I’ve just purchased the M 50 mark ii since I’m going to be using it in combination with OBS. Would you have any suggestions as to why my video quality via OBS is not as crisp as when recording to the SD card? Mind you this new camera has the ability to do clean HDMI but I still notice a digression on video quality when using it with OBS.
