The title of this video is misleading. I'm looking into a white or pink Bespoke fridge and this title made me worry there were flaws in function (like my horrid LG fridge). But this was just a video full of interior design OPINIONS.

As I mentioned on another one of your videos, I purchased both the Bespoke refrigerator and the Bespoke front control range. Got both in the white glass. I've had them for almost a month. Love both of them.

I think it's incredibly silly to suggest Samsung's Bespoke line is a problem simply because it is offering costomers custom colors.. You are attacking the colors not matching, not the actual product. I honestly don't think having color choices is a problem AT ALL, and in fact is the KEY benefit to the bespoke line. But here are the major, major benefits of Samsung's Bespoke innovation:
1. Owners are not stuck with one color, if they want to renovate their kitchen, or at least put in a new paint scheme.
2. Samsung's bespoke color panels are offered with glass lamination, which is a beautiful, easy to clean, scratch resistant, as well as fingerprints hard to see (for most colors).
3. Panels offer a fun way and relatively inexpensive way to switch up an otherwise rather boring appliance. Your argument that the fridge should never be a focal point is simply subjective. Personally I disagree. The fridge is what EVERYONE goes into the kitchen for most of the time, and inarguably the one appliance that gets the most interaction and attention, more so than the stove. Also I'd add that people use the fridge as a way to share thoughts, post memos, and personalize their kitchen with fridge magnets or travel photos and make their boring fridge more interesting.. So yeah, fridges ARE often the center of attention, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
4. Stainless steel fridges often receive a dent or two over the decade or so they are in operation, and some get abused quite a bit. These are not just highly visible and ugly, but very permanent. Samsung's replaceable Bespoke panels, on the other hand allow owners to restore the fridge to is shining new glory no matter how long you own it (assuming of course you are able to buy the panels, which I don't see why there wouldn't be a secondary market for them by then, if Samsung doesn't still manufacture them in 10 years). This is perhaps my favorite benefit because every fridge I've ever owned incurred an accidental dent eventually.

My only complaint, really is that this is a Samsung product, as they have a god-awful reputation with their customer service.

I was worried the glass would look dirtier than other finishes but actually it is easier to wipe all appliances clean, smudges and such come right off. It doesn't even show most smudges unless looking at an angle but nothing compared to how yucky stainless can look. And so far working great .. I have a 3 piece set and Flippin love it.

That’s your opinion. I do have a small kitchen with it open to the living room. I love to be able to change my fridge color, right now it’s sunrise yellow. I absolutely hate stainless & know many others that also feel that way.

I saw something talking about other global markets having hundreds of colors and even artists doing designs in the glass. We purchased these and with it being all said and done I’m glad we didn’t go with the model of refrigerator with the tablet, the beverage center has already worn out it’s appeal, and we aren’t really impressed with the lower freezer. We like the finish and the custom abilities to change glass and the fridge keeps beverages amazingly cold. Nice video, it’s good to have objective videos and you raise good points!

I don't understand why the white glass range has stainless handles. All the others have body matching handles. Any thoughts?

Bespoke is Samsung's flagship lineup. I doubt theres going to be major issues like in their previous generation models. I haven't seen any major issues yet.
The fridge has been entirely redesigned. Ice maker is no longer in the fridge section. Defrost and evaporator have both been redesigned. All Bespoke fridges are made in Korea. The dishwasher has been redesigned. No more linear wash. Instead its a traditional water sprayer/spinner. It has a heating fan to improve drying. Hope the PCB and components hold up as they have been heavily sourcing cheap Chinese dishwasher parts and manufacturing. All Bespoke washers made in South Carolina now come with a 20 year warranty on the motor but I have heard some issues with counterweights being broken. Overall, I think Samsung is listening and updating their design. Only time will tell but they seen to be heading in the right direction.

I agree with you about brown, "Buy brown and mark it down" but I'm not sure if I agree with the rest of the video. This is for a disposable generation, a samsun bespoke is perfect with my new Ikea kitchen in a mix of matte turquoise and high gloss white. It's a 5-7 year kitchen in a condo, Bespoke is perfect for a lot use cases like that and for the younger buyer with flatpack/modular cabinets.

I enjoy listening to your opinion on these topics. We have had our bespoke white refrigerator and white dishwasher for 5 days and are very pleased with our purchase 😀. Samsung is even giving a second set of panels the color of your choice for free. We have a small kitchen and the bespoke looks absolutely fantastic. Thank you for your video. I have navy kitchen cabinets ( my Bosch panel dishwasher is painted the same color)with white backsplash and a white and blue quartz countertops. The Bespoke Navy appliances are intriguing to me. I don’t need to replace the range or refrigerator at this time but l may in a few years after l see how well the Bespoke products hold up. I have owned my Bespoke Fridge for six weeks. I love how it functions. But! The white panels I ordered are NOT as white as they look in the store. In my high gloss white kitchen the fridge looks off white to grey. Frustrating because I designed the kitchen after seeing the fridge in the store. The sample panel I was given matched the cabinets, but the actual panels did not. Waiting to hear back from Samsung. BTW. My other Samsung appliances have been great!

i think its a good way to incorporate accent colors into you kitchen. is it luxurious? no but its a great way to personalize your home. Any concerns for the fridge's reliability?

I’m building a kitchen with glossy acrylic gray bottom cabinets and white cabinets on top. Bespoke is the only fridge that allows me to have shiny gray bottom drawer and white drawer on top. It works perfectly for me.

I’m about to buy a Samsung bespoke refrigerator and came across this channel. Out of curiosity, what is the origin of the name “Yale appliance”? Yale, the university, is in CT, yet your stores appear to be in the Boston, MA area.
