I love my 4 door Bespoke. Especially the UV air filter which has really extended the life of fruits and veggies.

I have a GE standard fridge and have not serviced it since ever...Samsung bespoke probably already has had multiple problems in the first year. Time to layoff all the samsung upper managers that forced the engineers into impossible non achievable goals. They should look at speed queen for inspiration or Sub zero.

We have a similar Samsung with the ice and water on the exterior plus it has the water pitcher. The pitcher is perfect for coffee makers and mixing powered drinks. Otherwise get glasses of cold water right of the dispenser. Always be careful to not pinch or obstruct the water line. The design is awesome I have no problem with the lower level freezer but the utility freezer drawer you have to reach for. No biggie. We just purchased this home and this Samsung fridge and the stacked washer and dryer came with the home. Washer dryer is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Amazing really. So that's the great news. Unfortunately reading and watching it looks like the brand is questionable on reliability. Knock wood/stainless steel these things have been superb for us. I do believe some things are overblown on the internet. They sell a ton of products so I can't believe it's that bad??? We'll see.
