I usually mash my avocado then add a pinch of salt then mix it then when placed on the toasted bread and then I add honey and I usually add a sunny side up egg or fruits such as banana.

personally i like to put a little drizzle of honey on my avacodo toast- it helps cut the saltiness of the avacado/guac

To be honest, I'd never had any avocado toast in my life. The reason was probably because the avocado in my country better used for avocado juice than for stuff like toast. I just learn other countries don't really know about avocado juice until a few years ago 😂 maybe I'll give avocado toast a try someday.
