great review been looking forward to seeing this car in SA. 150kw/500Nm seems a bit underpowered considering how much the car costs. The power output on a defender is superior on paper coming in at 221kW/650Nm.

1)Did the engine feel like you have enough power?
2)Would you take the Prado over the defender?

I sat in the First Edition at my local Toyota dealership in June. I didn't like the FJ Cruiser-esque design when I first saw it but boy does it look good in person 👌🏾. I would purchase the First Edition headlights at the Parts Department and slap them on the VX-R as they look proper

When you get it on test pls comment on the suspension when driven on gravel ( ride quality).

please review the performance of this new model, given that it's the same 2.8GD engine as in the previous version. The outgoing Prado was quite slow and the engine felt underpowered, it's tough to overtake in that car. The new 8-speed may make a difference but I doubt.
