(Superior) Free-libre software tips for GNU/Linux users: (1) Use Xournal++ for your blackboard and screen recording (I always use Xournal for live university lectures, PDF/PPT is bondage). (2) Vokoscreen is also good for desktop recording. (3) OpenShot or Kdenlive for video editing, and Audacity for post-audio, combined with ffmpeg for running automated scripts. (4) Inkscape for producing nice SVG drawings you can insert into a Xournal sheet. Only real expenses are the graphics tablet (a cheaper Genius pen/tablet is sufficient) and a decent microphone (Rhode podcaster or Blue Yeti usb connected is totally adequate). If you do not like hand writing notes then a more elaborate alternative (takes longer) is to type them in LaTeX and animate using Manim. All work out-of-the-box with a generic GNU-Linux distro (I'd recommend LinuxMint or Xubuntu for noobs, or Artix for experienced users). Free yourself from the chains of (Cr)Apple Inc and Micro$oft windoze.

And if you have fun and tell jokes and troll your audience a bit, they'll forgive you not showing your pimply unshaven wrinkly face in video inset - who needs to see your ugly mug? - (not that I have pimples myself you understand).
