Tilman has really hit home when saying... just go get it, while at the same time being willing to take risks and ready for anything. All based on how you really feel and being a good listener to be an unstoppable and trusted leader.

It would be interesting to learn how he really goes about keeping fit both physically and mentally.I wouldn't be surprised if he regularly attends some kind of mind-body or bodywork sessions like yoga, pilates, bare or myofascial release practice to keep this fearless energy flow going smooth at all times.

What I love about Tilman is he is not a bullshitter, any of those emotional questions you asked him other people would of recalled of a load of bullshit like, special moments, special people, your wife etc... he gave true answers, I don't know, there wasn't one.
