I for one..find The Basics series great! Sometimes we forget the simple things..like what an onion has to offer besides what we have all use them for..The storage of all the fresh veggies is something I think we forget too.. Thanks! for all you hard work

IMO, keep up the good 101, I may be a senior, but enjoys learning. My update dehydrating adventures, I dried 3 1/2 pounds of onions so much better quality than store version . Lighter in color, more flavor, no bitterness. Thanks.
