‘Insane’: Mass migration an economic and social ‘disaster’

IPA Deputy Executive Director Daniel Wild has questioned the Albanese government for mass migration proposals despite a nationwide housing crisis.

“Insane is one word for it,” Mr Wild told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“This is an economic and social disaster.

“Doesn’t the migration minister actually talk to the housing minister?”

We don’t have a housing crisis, we have a mass immigration crisis. And yet again, the myth that more migration brings more economic growth. The per-capita growth rate is -0.4 % due to mass migration. We are technically in a recession due to mass migration and Labour government mass incompetence.

The aim is to have a one party State. This is happening in the US and UK for precisely the same reason - to have a democracy in name only, just like the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. They have already worked all this out - the immigration is not for altruistic reasons - it is in order to permanently hold power. Once they have done that, they will push the country as far as possible into Communism in coalition with the Greens. And by then it will be too late - there simply won't be enough voters not employed by the Government to ever vote them out.

There has NEVER been a strong case for anything but the most minimal immigration levels. In the 1970's the population of Australia was half what it is now, and there is a strong argument that the quality of life for the 'average' Australian was vastly better. A typical working family could purchase a half decent house on one working wage (both working was just cream on top), raise a family with no government handout, go on holidays, run a family car, etc. Now those same people would struggle to get the deposit on a tiny unit, somewhere they really don't want to live.

Can someone tell me why we are persisting with a policy that doesn't work? I mean, if there was a policy to hire someone to dig a hole in the ground and then hire someone else to come and fill it back in 100 times, that would be a waste of money and we'd put a stop to it after a few cycles.
But this is just continuing. Why? Definition of madness is continuing the same action and expecting different results.
Unless the result that we are now getting is actually the one intended. Which is a rather sinister implication.
