The ONLY Way to Master Leetcode in 2022

Показать описание
A practical strategy to learning and mastering Leetcode in 2022. If you'd like to get better at coding and tech interview problems this year then you're in the right place. I'll be covering the key points of a promising new strategy which I originally read about on Reddit.

A few notes on this strategy: Learning and practicing algorithm problems is not about knowing one specific secret or technique. Even taking an algorithms and data structures course will not fully prepare you for interviewing at top-level companies (FAANG, unicorns, HFT firms). Learning and mastering these problems is about the amount of work you put into being the best candidate possible, which usually has a direct correlation with the amount of time that you set aside for learning how to problem solve quickly and accurately. Please do your own research on which ways you learn best, and remember to stay self aware and give yourself mental breaks in order to avoid burnout.

Hey Aaron, Youtube algo pushed you to me, good advice! My two cents, if you're getting interviews, your resume/experiences are good enough. Let your LC skills carry the rest of the way to an offer. GL!

Hi, I never heard the term "interview season", very interesting. It sounds like there is a specific time of the year for software development hiring, like a sports season. What do you mean by "interview season"?

I'll be waiting for those full-stack videos. I'm sort of beginner myself so I have no idea about the kind of projects would be appropriate, but try to pick those which touches on more things like databases, deep learning, payment systems etc in a single project.

Will try this definitely, How do I know I am developing in solving problems ?

Should I try to optimize the problem right away or just be able to solve it? I’ve started LC right now just doing array problems. I’ll solve it but after looking at the solution, but not the most efficient. I’ll only solve it if I find a solution I can fully understand. Not really sure if I should learn the sorting and searching algorithms first or just start anywhere and be on my way.

Can you please give resume advice Aaron. Last year I just put my coursework as my projects and got a low tier internship but I'd like to level up now. What kinds of projects should I put on my resume and how do I know if they're good enough! Thanks

Looking forward for the full stack projects. It would be very helpful if you did projects with varying tech stack

What a great video! I thought you gave some insightful advice. One thing that I am curious to know are some examples of common problems you would have been asked during the interviews you received for internships? 😃

I'm 1400 solves in but I still don't feel 100% confident to start interviewing, how did you get over this or how do you know when you are ready?

You should literally start making more videos. You will definitely be successful because many people will have questions related to these topics.

Very interesting strategy kind of passive + active learning is there. Moreover looking forward for your web development I was looking for frontend + MERN stack hope you will use this tech stack as it is one of the most trending one 🙂.
