Fleur you need to design a line of baby clothes. That way you can find basic color clothing, I am sure you are not the only one who is looking for!

I love what you buy River. Not always do girls need to wear bright girly colors all the time. Plus, if you have a boy the clothes will be suitable for him. I was put into my older brothers clothes as a baby. Wait until she becomes fussy and wants to wear what she wants. You will be struggling to make her wear what you want. At the end of the day, I believe once kids have a sense of their own opinion, you should let them express it if appropriate. Even when it comes to clothes. It makes them find a sense of ownership and individuality. It bothers me when parents force their kids to wear something. I get if it is not appropriate for the occasion and the parents are trying to be reasonable.

Makes alot of sense to buy lower priced baby clothes. They grow out of clothes so fast, it doesn't make sense to spend loads on things they'll only wear for a few months (unless it's a special event outfit).

You might be surprised with the black dungarees, I noticed they have poppers for nappy changes, and I found they pop open whenever they sit down on the floor, or fall down onto their bum as babies do, my youngest had a pair and she stopped wearing them way before she had to xx

The separation of boys and girls clothes does help though if you have a boy. While girls can get away with wearing boy stuff, the reverse isn’t usually true. I’ve almost bought stuff before for my son, then realized there are ruffles or something. Also, at Carters in the US, the fit of pants is different. The girls pants fit more like leggings, while the boys have more room.

Dungarees are really deceptive. They always look massive but then fit quite nicely. It’s funny how you shop in the boys section. I have 2 boys & always enviously look at the girls sections in shops xx

I struggle to find black tights too didn’t realise next did them! Managed to get a 2 pack of black from H&M ☺️

I rarely see western people who live happily with their families like you, and even have a commitment to have a family. I'm really very happy to see you get along well and have children. We hope you two can gather with your grandchildren in the future! ^^

Good video as usual. Mummy of 5 year old boy has always wanted to shop for lil pretty, girlie clothes though. I get buying the basic black socks and stuff in the boys, but boys clothing tends to be dull- navy's, khaki, grey, dark maroon, black. I prefer Next because they always have bright clothing, and quirky stuff that's a bit different.
If I buy a pressie for a little girl, it's always pretty pretty- pinks, corals, reds, bows and lace, because it's the only chance you get to buy it.
If you do bring out children's clothing bright boys colours please!!- we want reds, cobalt blue, mustardy yellows, lime green etc etc xx

My little niece is 1 in a weeks time...and she's been in 12-18 months for quite a while(I bought her a year old dress when she was 6 months and it fit her then) but then again she's always been big, right from the start! This gives me inspiration of something for the goody bag I'm putting together for her-I do this every time, just buying little things for her, and then she's getting a money box as her present for her birthday!

I am 22 years old I am still a student. Probably wound have kind in like another 5 years but here I am watching a baby clothes haul. I must say I don't care having a boy or a girl. But let's be honnest the clothes for girls are way cuter! I think the clothes you get are just unisex they can be wore by girls and boys.
