Speaking of optifine, the developers of the past spent hours trying to understand the cause of the bug in their mod due to optifine. Since this mod has been a standard for a long time, it was a difficult time. Nowadays, many large mods have a paragraph in the FAQ like "If you have optifine, we do not accept bug reports - it's their problem".

I can simply play with 400+ mods above 100 fps with shaders using Sodium, something that was impossible on Optifine

Considering that Optifine has been a complete joke of an optimization mod for at least 10 years now, it is very surprising that people even consider installing it

Optifine can run with anything but it is buggy sometimes. Many modpacks dont have it installed because it messes with rendering. I had a custom modpack some time back and you couldnt see half the mobs that were underwater because of optifine. They just wouldnt render if you werent underwater too

you can pretty much replace optifine with mods that replicate optifine features to be paired with sodium!
and there's other more mods that can improve performance alongside with sodium so you basically have 2x/or more fps than optifine.

You ever heard if VulkanMod? Also I use a mod called Methane which is fullbright + FPS boost. It works be completely obliterating the lighting engine.

Sodium is better in terms of FPS, especially with Lithium but I like OptiFine's added options in the game settings.

U did bad the FPS test at 1:10, because when you OPEN F3 you lose fps, so you should have used both F3
