I quite often have a high pitched ringing in my ears, always just one side, but the side changes, sometimes left, sometimes the right.
I have heard my dad's voice too when I was trying to raise my vibration! I haven't managed it again since, but I did have a tap on the forehead that woke me up from a nap, which stopped me being late for the school run! Phew! So thanks for that dad :)
I've seen a couple of orbs too...but nothing for a couple of months now :(

I lost my sister in december 2021..she was fighting breast cancer but she died suddenly..it wasn't the cancer that took her..
3 weeks after she passed..i had a very vivid dream--well a visitation..my sister was behind a white door..it was slightly open-not fully open.. I could see her face..her left shoulder and her left arm was also visible..her left hand was on the door but the front of the door not where she was behind it...she smiled at me..and telepathically said "I'm ok"..
That was all she said..and it was all i needed because i was contemplating suicide because her loss was way too much to bare...we we're very very close..
I needed that visitation and my sister knew this..i wouldn't be here today had she not come to me ❤

Sometimes I smell certain scents, which appear out of nowhere. Maybe I am drawn to smell iing things rather than to hear or see bc I am collecting perfume miniatures and always loved scents. :)

Many times I feel a very slight touch on the right side of my neck just above my shoulder. Once it was the same on my left side in the exact same place. This happens about the same time in the early evenings. I now hold out my right hand as an offer to sit in the vacant chair next to me. It is a calming feeling of peace. Yes, I do hear my name called...way off in the distance on other ascensions. Always a sweat high female voice, very musically communicated.🪐

I have been getting tingling on my scalp, not always in the same place, usually when meditating or just sitting quiet watching tv or looking at my phone or iPad. I’m sure the spirit box has said “hi Mum”, a couple of times as soon as I’ve turned it on, but maybe that’s wishful thinking? Xxx

I’ve got the hit and cold sensations. I always get the high pitched noises. I’ve smelt different smells. I’ve seen things. Lights, orbs, shadows. I’ve felt that heavy feeling on my head and neck. I’ve got headaches like pressure headaches. I don’t see to see ghost in my bedroom as a teenager.
