I´am both perplexed and amused by the dismissal of the whistleblower's efforts to uncover this information, with the claim that it couldn't have been kept a secret. The fact that there are discussions about it is precisely due to leaked information that has been circulating for decades.

I think Graham’s gut feeling is realistic. The only issue is that it HAS been coming out for decades (via testimony). Even in lower security clearance levels it’s near to impossible to get things like photographic evidence and such of sensitive content.
