She's bringing an argument that her rights could be taken away. The same can be said about people's liberty and right taken away if it goes to Parliament and the UK stay or gets a bad deal.

Gina Millers court case has been made redundant now. Parliament has voted to activate article 50 by the end of March.

If it is all about the process then I understand and agree with her.
However, You cannot get get a more clearer message from the British public. Brexit has to mean Brexit, ie. Completely leaving the EU and not a halfway Norway template.

To be fair, we should remember that Gina Miller has exactly as much mandate to represent the British public as Theresa May does. i.e. nobody voted for either of them,

Brexit seems to be going pretty badly so far. Best to keep an eject button handy in case the prognosis gets worse.
Our unelected PM doing everything in a dark room with no accountability. The people should be able to take back control and have a say over the final outcome.

She said "I'm not in the camp for a second referendum"
She was a key campaigner for a Peoples Vote and stood on platforms with other campaigners. She admits she felt sick when the referendum result was announced yet she expects us to believe she went to court purely to ensure the Sovereignty of Parliament.


Today, she has started a Remainer tactical voting website. The tactic is voting for any party except a party backing brexit. We knew she was a remainer but she denied it in the past.

She is right about parliament sovereignty. As a representative democracy and as the referendum is not legally binding we must accept that parliament must get a vote on the new EU relationship if the court rules that necessary.

However, we shouldn't be under any illusion that parliamentary sovereignty is the reason why Gina Miller is doing this. She wants to find a way to prevent the UK from leaving the EU. It's cynical. Sinister even. And may well damage the UK even more than necessary as it goes through the leaving process.

She needs to read history. Virtually always constitutions evolve by breaking the law. Talk to George Washington. American independence was the result of people refusing to obey the laws of their government from Britain. Do I support what happened? Yes I do!
