I'm afraid Gina is incorrect, we leave after 2 years from today, regardless of whether we have a deal or not. If Parliament and the EU states don't endorse whatever deal might be agreed, then we will still leave, but effectively with no deal.

Gina Miller needs to understand a simple principle in democracy. A majority of the British people voted to leave the EU. We do not need to haggle about money with the EU if we don't want to; we can just walk away. We do not need to pay any more money to the EU for EU civil servants pensions if we don't want to. We do not need to pay money for EU infrastructure projects we had previously committed to put money into if we don't want to. There is no process that HAS to be followed, except those internal to the UK, and I accept Miller's legal case was won on this basis, if we don't want to. That's the whole pint of being a sovereign nation.
