This is a progression of the previous dead bug exercise demos we have posted on the channel

1. Set up on your back with your arms held in front of you and your legs bent with the hips, knees and ankles at 90 degrees

2. Simultaneously drop your arm and heel of the opposite leg to the floor. Exhale as you move

3. Pause in the bottom position before returning to your start position. Inhale using the belly breathing technique when you return to the start position

4. Repeat using the opposite arm and leg
