On Saturday, August 26 at 3:27 a.m. ET (07:27 UTC), Falcon 9 launched Dragon’s seventh operational human spaceflight mission (Crew-7) to the International Space Station from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage landed on Landing Zone 1 (LZ-1) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Dragon will autonomously dock with the space station on Sunday, August 27 at approximately 8:39 a.m. ET (12:39 UTC). Follow Dragon and the crew’s flight below.

During their time on the orbiting laboratory, the crew will conduct science and technology demonstrations to prepare for human exploration beyond low-Earth orbit and to benefit humanity on Earth, in addition to space station maintenance activities.

The webcast will resume approximately two hours prior to docking.

SpaceX has now launched 42 humans into orbit, all within 3 years!
Congrats NASA and SpaceX on a successful launch of Crew-7,
that entry burn was shorter than I expected, but we had another picture perfect landing.

Crazy these launches are almost just routine now! They’re sending people up and it’s sooo smooth. The reusability of these space crafts are also super crazy. Just seeing inside the capsule, the spaciousness of it and how different it is from all the old NASA craft that used to go up in the days!

1:09:55 The fact that this awesome* feat is treated as another proverbial day at the office is awe-inspiringly spectacular and beautifully mind-boggling. The world may be a mess, but the world is fantastic, too.

Late to the party, I was asleep when Crew-7 launched but am never not amazed at the recovery and landing of the rocket. Great job once again! Good luck Crew-7!

I have the privilege of sitting in my backyard and enjoy space x launches. This one was one of the most spectacular launches I've seen. No clouds, beautiful clear sky, there where many visible phenomena going on... at one point I freaked thinking there was an explosion . I even thought I saw an apparent UAP not far from falcon 9 just prior to MECO ... it was one in a million launch... Let's go Space x....

When I saw that super short entry burn, I thought they lost the brand new B1081 for sure...then I was completely speechless watching the booster landed flawlessly. That was phenomenal!
